Welcome to Season 2021/22!

Dear Member Clubs,

We made it!

The 2021-22 season for CSB Competitions starts this week, and although the weather looks like it may affect this week’s games, on behalf of the CSB Board, our Competition Management Groups and our Umpires Management Group, I wanted to wish all Clubs, Players, supporters, and volunteers across CSB the best of luck for the season ahead.

We are very proud and humbled that our existing Member Club’s and new Member Clubs have together entered some 450 teams across CSB Men’s, CSB Women’s, CSB ISEC Juniors and the All Girls Cricket Competition (AGCC) this season. We believe the continued yearly growth in Member Clubs and teams is directly related to both the quality of the 4 Competitions we administer and the hard work of all the Club volunteers we collaborate with. This collaboration is at the heart of what CSB is all about and is paramount in delivering on our motto of “Its Cricket Your Way”.

Although there will be times during the season when the unexpected will happen, I can assure you all, CSB is committed to ensure the best outcomes for the Competitions is foremost in our decision making.

We are very lucky to have Community Cricket starting, so enjoy and celebrate but always remember to play in the spirit cricket should be played.
